Computer hardware is a complex concept that describes the entire range of computer systems produced, from a small handheld device to a super-powerful supercomputer. Recently, this concept is often also generalized by peripheral and office equipment, and sometimes even components for various types of computers, described otherwise as hardware. Nevertheless, most often, speaking of computer technology, we mean computers themselves or stand-alone equipment that works in conjunction with computers and provides some additional functionality (printing or scanning documents, access to the Network, protection against power failures, etc.)
