Responsibilities:

  • Receiving calls, conducting business correspondence
  • Office work;
  • Purchase of material resources necessary for the effective operation of the office;
  • Obtaining visas and invitations for foreign citizens;
  • Organization of business trips;
  • Carrying out an inventory and monitoring the safety of office fixed assets.


Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • Knowledge of English is at least Intermediate level;
  • Confident PC user;
  • Knowledge of org. technology;
  • Knowledge of office work;
  • Ability to conduct business correspondence;
  • Communication skills;
  • Presentable appearance:
  • Desire to learn and develop;
