Responsibilities:

 - Receiving calls, conducting business correspondence;

 - office work;

 - Purchase of material resources necessary for the effective operation of the office;

 - Obtaining visas, invitations for foreign citizens;

 - Organization of business trips;

 - Conducting an inventory and monitoring the safety of fixed assets of the office.


Requirements:

 - Higher education;

 - Knowledge of English not lower than Intermediate level;

 - Confident PC user;

 - Knowledge of org. technology;

 - Knowledge of office work;

 - Ability to conduct business correspondence;

 - Communication skills;

 - Presentable appearance:

 - Desire to learn and develop;
